Poco più di due mesi al via della 2ª ediziono che si disputerà a Fonni i prossimi 10 – 11 e 12 maggio. Nel frattempo si registrano iscrizioni da tutta Italia, dalla Francia, dal Belgio e dall’Olanda...
La manifestazione, organizzata dalla GLESport in collaborazione con la W.W.P.Organization e con il patrocinio della Regione Sardegna, della Provincia di Nuoro e del Comune di Fonni, è entrata di diritto a far parte di uno dei più importanti circuiti di gare a tappe nel mondo: Run The World (www.runtheworld.it), che raggruppa gare di trail organizzate nei luoghi più affascinanti del pianeta.
Tre saranno le tappe per un totale di 100 km con 4000 metri di dislivello positivo. I tre magici giorni di gara non saranno solo competizione, ma anche relax e turismo in uno degli angoli più affascinanti della Sardegna e, non solo per gli atleti, ma anche per gli accompagnatori.

NEWS IN ENGLISH: IT’S CONFERMED MARCO OLMO’S PARTECIPATION TO THE 2ND SARDINIA TRAIL
A little more than two months at the start of the "Sardinia Trail"’s 2nd edition which will be held in Fonni (NU) over the next 10 - 11 and 12 May. It’s confermed the great international trail champion’s presence: Marco Olmo, a legendary Cuneo athlete, two Ultra Trail de Mont Blanc’s winner and 17 Maratons des sables’ finisher. The organizers also await confirmation from other major athletes. In the meantime there are entries from all over Italy, France, Belgium and Holland, who will compete on magnificent and spectacular routes that range from Gennargentu’s slopes to fabulous Cala Gonone‘s beach.
The event is organized by GLESport in collaboration with W.W.POrganization and with Sardinia Region’s support, Nuoro Province and Fonni City. It has also become a part of one of the most important stage races circuits in the world: Run The World (www.runtheworld.it), which includes trail races organized in the most fascinating places on the planet.
There will be three stages for a 100 km total distace with 4000 meters total ascent. These three magical days will not only be competing but also relaxation and tourism in one of the most fascinating Sardinia landscapes for athletes and their companions.
